Spectacular Events Pty Ltd is a Sunshine Coast based business specialising Conference & Event Management, group travel, corporate business travel and retail leisure travel. We operate conferences and events throughout Australia and also overseas.

Previously located in North Sydney, we re-located our business to the Sunshine Coast in June 2000 and have gone from strength to strength. In 2007, we were inducted into the Sunshine Coast Hall of Fame, after winning three Excellence in Business Awards, recognising our commitment to customer service and delivering the right itinerary at the right price.

over 30 years experience

Zoë Sparks has over thirty year’s experience within the event and travel industry. After winning the prestigious “Traveland National Consultant of the Year 1995/96” award, she moved from Qld’s Sunshine Coast to Sydney to take on the position as Conference Manager for Traveland Pty Ltd.

In 1998, Spectacular Events Pty Ltd was launched, specialising in all aspects of Conference & Event Management and also corporate travel. She remained contracted to Traveland until 2001 but also decided to set up a travel agency after her move back to the Sunshine Coast in June 2000.

In 2005 and 2006, Managing Director, Zoë Sparks, was recognised as a QLD Finalist in the prestigious Telstra “Business Woman of the Year” awards. She was also awarded the Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year (Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network) and Young Business Leader (Excellence in Business Awards) winner in 2004. Recently, Zoë was recognised as a 2017 IML Regional Finalist in the Australian Leadership Excellence Awards.

The staff have also been awarded and recognised for their dedication to delivering the highest level of customer service and commitment to training, knowledge and innovation. This has resulted in them earning a number of awards for sales achievements, customer service and high performance.
